More than 35 years of professional experience in the areas of Corporate Finance Management, Formulating company’s financial policies, Sourcing of funds for the operation of business organization, Internal Audit functions, Income Tax matters, Preparation of Project Reports, Project financing and Project Management, Acquisition / purchase of land and setting up industrial infrastructure facilities, Rehabilitation of sick units, Financial tie-ups for new projects with national & state financial institutions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Company Secretary, Human Resource Management.

He has held top managerial positions in HLL Life Care Limited, Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Trivandrum, Kerala State Industrial Enterprises and Kerala State Industrial Technical Consultancy Organisation. He is also a member of various bodies like Trivandrum Management Association, Board of Directors of Kerala Labour Welfare Board and Board of Directors of Minimum Wages Advisory Board. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1978 and was admitted as a fellow member of ICAI in the year 2009. With his experience in various Government Companies, he is in charge of Internal and Statutory audits of Government Companies and Statutory Bodies, and their compliance requirements. In addition to that he is the senior member in Statutory Bank Branch Audit team of the firm.
